Townie Day

    Every town has one, ours is called Jackson Day, for the founding of Jackson Township.  You know how it works, everyone in town gets together at the local park and has an all day party.  This is a good one because the township does all the advertising for you, all you have to do is get your members to show up with some ideas.

    One of the things we do each year is bring our antique truck down and park at the outskirts of the event, and sell fire truck rides for $1.00 per kid.  You know the kids will pester their parents until they get that ride, and its a lot of fun.
